Message Regarding restocking fee. That is a double edged sword. We used to have those at my former employer. That policy is in place to safeguard used product from being returned. Because if they return that product , it can not be sold as new. But it stinks if you have to return an item.

Can they waive it? Of course they can. Should they waive it? It depends. I can tell you, you paid for Z1's professional help, and that they are "expected" to to sell you the right items. That's why you sought their "professional advice."

I've run into this many times where an employee sold the wrong item to the customer. It's PITA to deal with because you weren't in on the original conversation.

If it were me in Z1's situation. And i take your story as gold...
Again, they should return the "wrong" items purchased without a restocking fee. Then charge you for teh correct items. I would not upgrade you to FREE Nismo studs because the "correct" studs are on back order.

If you caught me on a good day, who knows, maybe you would get the free upgrade.

Your time isn't worth anything. You're gas isn't worth anything. But i would still value your loyalty. Take that for what it's worth.
